This policy explains how Hofund Horizon LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company and a Hofund Inc company ("Hofund Horizon", "we", "us"), handles personal information through hofundhorizon.com (the "Site").
What we collect.
- When you email us. If you write to support@hofundhorizon.com, we receive your name, email address, and anything you include in your message.
- When you visit. Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically records standard technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the Site.
What we do not collect. The Site has no forms, no cookies, no analytics or advertising tools, and no third-party scripts.
How we use it. We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to run that relationship. We use technical information only to operate and protect the Site.
Who we share it with. Service providers that host the Site and our email, acting on our behalf, and Hofund Inc, of which Hofund Horizon is a part. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it. Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to respond and to keep ordinary business records. Hosting logs are kept by Vercel under its own retention settings.
Your choices and rights. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it, by emailing support@hofundhorizon.com. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have further rights under local law. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.
Links. When you follow a link to another site, such as LinkedIn, that site's privacy policy applies.
Changes. We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
