These terms apply to your use of hofundhorizon.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Hofund Horizon LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Hofund Horizon", "we", "us"). Hofund Horizon is a Hofund Inc company. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Site is. The Site describes our services. It is for general information only. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services, and no client relationship is formed by visiting the Site or by emailing us. Any engagement is made only under a separate written agreement.

2. No advice. We work alongside your bankers, lawyers and deal team, never in place of them. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, investment or deal-structuring advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

3. Our content. The Site's text, design, logos and images belong to us or our licensors. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or use its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. "Hofund Horizon" and our logos are our marks.

4. Acceptable use. Do not attempt to interfere with the Site, gain unauthorized access to it, or use automated means to copy it.

5. Links. The Site links to sites we do not control, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. No warranties. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it is accurate, complete, current or always available.

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.

8. Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
